It was a wild, wet and windy night when we heard a scratching sound at our front door.



'Eek! It's a ghost!' screamed Ella.



I could tell that Father was nervous even though he was pretending to be brave.



When Father opened the door he found a strange creature standing there. It had the body of a dog - but had three tails - and the face of a cat. It was coloured bright blue and had just one tooth. And it talked!
