Trading a Tank for a Horse — Barbara Adams

Parker Blake didn't choose to be born into poverty with drug addicted parents. At 18, he joined the Army and choices were made for him. As a decorated military hero, he decides to trade his armored tank for a horse and live life as a cowboy. When the door swings open at the ranch Parker is pleasantly surprised to find Missy.
Love was the last thing Parker expected to find in Texas but it hits him head on. Missy is not only beautiful but she's smart, capable and she willing to love him and support his goal of becoming a cowboy. She is also the perfect woman to teach this fish out of water to swim.
Missy and Parker get busy on projects like adapting the house for her brother's wheelchair and building a new chicken coop. Parker wants to become a rodeo star, which isn't easy for a city slicker. An annoying werewolf is just one of Parker's obstacles on the road to becoming a cowboy.
