Virgil Push, the golden boy of Vermin County was handed a silver spoon worth 16 million dollars. He used it to sample all the decadence of life. Without care or thought for others, he took that spoon and rode it. Fast and far away from Vermin County as he could get. 

But the ride skidded to a stop. All of it slipping away in bankrupcy, poor choices and debauchery. Now Virgil is back in the town he swore never to return to. Divorced, destitute, serving as mayor in a job he's been told is easy as pie.
