Walkers

This is a story about a mission to Mars gone wrong. Earth, having nearly depleted its natural resources, turns its attention to the planet Mars, in an attempt to ease the inhabitants of Earth who are on the verge of starving. It was the hope of Earth’s scientists that they would colonize Mars, building domed cities there until they, through their science, could devise a means of restoring a breathable atmosphere there. The principal character, Charles Atwood, is suspended between fear and reality as his dreams take on a sinister life of its own, leaving Charles to wonder if reality is a dream or the dream reality. ,At times, you will feel the urge to look up from these pages to see if there is a Walker in the midst. I must, however, warn you not to, for there may just be one heading your way. Beware of the Walkers.
