The Solomai have been measuring the negative energy output (NEO) of Planet Earth. Now in 1996 an oil tanker carrying radioactive nuclear wastes has exploded and sunk off the Atlantic coast of Africa. Atmospheric and oceanic currents are carrying the exploded radioactive particles toward the U.S. Slow death and panic lie in the wake of these currents. Dolphins and Whales have cried out to their space friends for help. They have been heard. The NEO is now over limit and the Solomai Council must decide if the time had come to eliminate Earth.
