Tyree

Tyree was just a boy when he watched three men kill his father. After they killed his father they tied Tyree to the footboard of his mother's bed and made him watch as thay raped and killed his mother and his eleven year old sister. Afterwards they took Tyree outside and shot him, they set the barn on fire and left the boy for dead. A prospector named Modi Gibson saw the smoke and found the boy. After burying his folks Modi nursed Tyree back to health and then he taught him how to use a gun. Modi wasn't just a prospector, he was a retired gunfighter. When Tyree was well enough Modi bought him a colt and taught him how to use it. He taught Tyree everything he knew about using a gun. Tyree practicied with that colt everyday, there came a time when even Modi couldn't match his ability with a gun. Everyday his only thought was to find the men who did this terrible deed and kill them just like they had killed his parents and sister. He vowed never to stop until he found them and killed them.
