Private Detective Bob Roosevelt is tired of crime, frustrated about not finding the love of his life, and sick of his snide guardian angel. He decides he will head to the mountains of Colorado and go fishing. His guardian angel tells Roosevelt he would be better off forgetting clean air, pine trees, and a beautiful stream and head to the seedy bars of Denver. Never one to take good advice Roosevelt goes fishing. But what does he catch? Not a trout begging to be fried in bacon grease but a naked lady with a bullet hole in her head. Crooked cops, cowboys that forgot the cowboy good guy code, and a murder that spans from Texas to Colorado. A funny romp through the absurd world we live in and a who-done-it that will leave you scratching your head until the last page.
