Tristan: Child of the Otherworld

The green eyes betray the child. All who see him know what he is and it fills them with dread. What power dwells within this frail form that so terrifies even the most vicious of creatures? Tristan is a shy and introverted boy. Raised by his Grandfather, he lives a simple and sheltered life, until the day a large, scarred stranger arrives with news that brings Tristan's Grandfather to tears. The two escape their tranquil village for the sea, where rising up out of the water, hidden by mists and storms, an island appears. To his horror, Tristan must leave his grandfather who is unable to set foot on the island. With the strange brute as his guide, Tristan embarks on an adventure filled with magic and destruction. Is he a savior, or victim in this strange land? Despite the uncertainties of Tristan's future, from now on, he will forever be a child of the otherworld.
