Then Is the Power

The year 2005 finds Russia disintegrating from within. Four Russian patriots unleash a desperate bid to annex the U.S. using PPK, a mental weapon developed secretly by the GRU over a thirty-year period. PPK destroys silicon transistors; it has a range of 100 miles, and the technique has been "taught" to thirty Russian agent teams strategically located all over the U.S. American society, their ultimatum makes clear, will fall into savagery if it's used. One man holds the key to negating the doomsday power. He's a non-person, with no name, location unknown, and an awesome power of his own. The task of finding him falls to an obscure psychologist who saw his mysterious talent nearly four decades earlier.
