The Ultimate Assassin: Vengeance!

The American justice system is broken. Criminals who commit even the vilest of crimes are avoiding justice due to technicalities. Illegal drug use is epidemic in the United States and is a cause for most of society's ills. The social fabric of our nation is deteriorating before our eyes due to drug abuse. Many drug lords are impervious to the American justice system. They own judges and lawyers. They're powerful and untouchable. They commit crimes with impunity and walk through the justice system as if it were a resort. Combine these two situations together and you get a cultured yet eccentric middle-age drug lord who seeks bizarre sexual perversion, including murder, as a way of dealing with his mortality. And he seems to get away with it. He rapes and violently kills his victims in a way only a true psychopath could. A man takes matters into his own hands when his wife is brutally raped and beaten by this crazed drug lord, who seems to be immune from justice.
