A powerful drug operation in North Portland is responsible for many deaths, including those of school-aged children. Those in charge plan on expanding their scope of operations, thereby spreading the social cancer and the carnage it causes.
A teenage girl, the only child of a member of The Organization, a clandestine group of people sworn to Truth and Justice, dies innocently from drugs provided by this drug operation. Mike Perkins seeks vengenace for his daughter's death. The Organization approves the action and initiates Operation Alpha.
Jim Mason, an Assassin for The Organization, is called upon to help Mike satisfy his vengeance and to assure the drug operation will no longer pose a threat to society. In order for Jim to accomplish this incredible task the drug operation will need to be dismantled and those in charge brought to ultimate justice.
