The Running Horse Inn

Cabe Longwell is altogether too handsome and mysterious for Jenna Winchester's comfort. Jenna plans to spend her weeklong vacation at The Running Horse Inn reconnecting with her somewhat estranged sisters. Romance and murder are most definitely not on the agenda. Nevertheless, Jenna can't ignore the attraction she feels for Cabe, or the mystery that surrounds the beautiful Carolina Foster's supposedly accidental death.

Although Jenna spends time getting to know Cabe, she still suspects that he is keeping secrets from her. He say his relationship with an employee of the inn is long over, and yet Jenna finds her car parked in front of Cabe's house. And if her and Caroline were only friends, as he swears was the case, then why does he get so angry and distant when Jenna mentions her death?

It was supposed to be just a quiet weekend in the country with her sisters. But will Jenna's adventures at The Running Horse Inn signify a whole new beginning for her, or will a killer put an end to her hopes forever?
