Growing up alone with her mom, Patrizia Orman had always wondered about her father. But it isn't until a tragic accident takes her mother Lizzie's life that the twenty-two-year-old artist discovers the painful truth. As a student in Italy, Lizzie fell in love with a passionate, charismatic Roman named Masimilliano Caracci. When she became pregnant, he forced her to make a terrible choice: the relationship or the unborn child.
