The Milliner

Set in 1915, this second book in the trilogy, Three Young Ladies of Clarke, reunites Catherine Ramsburg, the town milliner, with her good friend, Carolyn, the engaging nurse in the first novel, Beyond the Red Gate. Catherine is comfortable, secure and independent until the charismatic Patrick Burke arrives in the small town of Berryville. He injects new spirit into her settled way of life. Circumstances arise that can change her future, but only if she is strong enough to make the right decisions. The Milliner introduces the main character in the third book, The Newcomer. Elizabeth Fairchilds, is a young woman who unwillingly arrives in Clarke County and seeks redemption for a concealed past. This final novel in the trilogy will be available in the spring of 2013.
