The Leadership Void

The Leadership Void concerns itself with "People Leadership" - why its exercise has nearly vanished in most business and social endeavors. The book offers insights on the barriers to leadership and how we can overcome those barriers. Personal growth, preparation, dedication and respect are some of the key elements of leadership presented in this book. Joe Alicea combines the experiences of many of his peers, with a few of his own, to support his position that "People Leadership" is absolutely essential at all levels of an organization.
