Surely not everyone knows the bible-based story of the Jubilee Year; a year of renewal and forgiveness, a clean slate and clear conscience. But chances are they are probably aware there was a rock singer in the 70’s or 80’s named Jubilee. Her final tour was billed as The Jubilee Year and she rocked the nation with her outrageous lyrics and lifestyle on and off stage and captivated fans with her alluring voice. Chances are they might even remember there was a priest who toured with her that year along with nine other performers, a bodyguard, and a secret service agent. They might even recall the mystery surrounding the singer throughout her Jubilee Year Tour and all the unanswered questions. Who was she, really, and where did she come from? More importantly, whatever happened to her? Was it all just sex, drugs, and rock & roll? May God be the Judge!
