Suffering the effects of a bruised ego about his over sized head, Jim's been spending a lot of time vegging in his new york apartment. All while his good friend Roy is miles away putting alien moves on a french babe. Jim's adventures seem to be over -- until Roy's alien brother Mark beams a distress signal to earth, and Jim and Roy must team up again.
