A Guide to Jewish Knowledge by Rabbi Chaim Pearl and Dr Reuben Brookes, deals with a comprehensive list of subjects in a brief overview of the Jewish Religion. The first part of the book "Jewish Religious Observances" outlines the Jewish Calendar, gives an overview of the Jewish Sabbath, and tells us about the Jewish Holidays and Festivals. This is followed by a section entitled General which deals with the Special Sabbaths, the Minor Fasts, Kashrut and the Dietary Laws, and a Classified Terminology of of the more commonly used Hebrew words in Jewish religious liturgy.
