About This Book

The follow-up to The Gaggle Sisters River Tour, geese sisters Sadie and Dorothy continue down the Wriggle River to give another concert. As the sensible manager, Dorothy assesses their financial situation and is stunned to realize that their money is gone. The dramatic Sadie then appears with a beautiful new hat. Dorothy suddenly understands what has happened to all their money. Just as she is about to give Sadie what-for, a storm breaks and the two sisters scramble under a bridge for shelter. Dorothy's mood is now as dark as the weather. Feeling a little guilty, Sadie decides to sing Dorothy's favorite song to make things right again. To their amazement, the impromptu concert attracts an audience on the bridge above and as Sadie finishes her beautiful song, money comes hailing down on them from above.
The next day they get an early morning visit from a silent frog with a mysterious shell. When the shell is opened, beautiful music flows out and the frog dances with grace and skill. Dorothy is enchanted and wants the frog to join their act. But Sadie, always the diva, refuses to appear on the same stage as a frog! As usual, resourceful Dorothy finds a way to placate Sadie and allow the frog to perform, to the delight of concert audience and readers alike.
