Michael Gillen, head of U.S. Customs tells Dick Miller New Orleans FBI chief that Customs has discovered some two tons of Semtex plastic explosives have entered through Port of New Orleans. Two agents have been murdered while trailing the smuggler's van. Three Iranian engineers have spent over two years training some eighty college age Sudanese, Iranian, Palestinian, Syrian, and Croat's to damage Mississippi River bridges and Gulf Coast gas pipelines. The FBI, CIA, and National Intelligence Agency come together in an attempt to identify where the terrorists are located and what their intended targets are. They arrive on location too late. The terrorists are gone, their targets mined and ready to do damage never experienced before.
