In the aftermath of bio-terrorist influenza plagues that have devastated the worlds population, presidential aspirant Senator Harmon Hartman recruits his widower son-in-law Stewart Brewer to investigate strange goings-on at the GRAD (Genetic Research And Development) Corporations remote experimental station.
