      A Marine Corps General opts to resign his commission rather than keep his mouth shut regarding political affairs. During a talk show interview, he attracts the attention of a Dallas billionaire who decides to back him in a successful run for President. Rebuffed by Congress in his attempts to cut the budget and fight terrorism, he 'turns a blind eye' to the efforts of an Air Force General who decides to form a 'Black Ops' group to combat the terrorists. After 'borrowing' a retired stealth fighter jet, the Air Force General sets up an operation in a remote area of Turkey in order to strike at targets in the Middle East and becomes a modern day crusader.
