      When Chulo Pritchard rode back into Texas things had changed. Malachi Bateman was now the big rancher, and he'd set his heart onthe strip the Pritchards owned. Pretty soon Chulo was involved when the Nighthawks took to raiding and shooting up the place. Somebody had to put a stop to it, but the law in town didn't seem to be interested. It looked like Chulo would have to do the job himself.
