It is based on true events and activities that occurred in several Sun Cities. Not only the main characters but their are several interesting neighbors that add flair and an interest to the story. It tells of problems in getting relocated with insurances, social security, and neighbors. On the light side, there is an abundance of comedy, some frolicking, golf, activities, drama, and tense situations.
