Song of the Jackalope

As a first time writer, Baba Roy has made a significant step into the midst of quality children's literature. This is a book about entertainment and action, about mystery, about the natural world, and finally about values. We are hoping for a sequel that may follow as the reading public becomes more acquainted with his first book. With pages printed on 80 lb, recycled paper and superbly bound, the first edition is designed to last for several generations with proper care. We are proud to be the producer of a book that makes no effort to join the 'bandwagon' of modern fiction but seeks to draw the reader into its own genuine and delightful little world. The author is a retired professional who currently divides his year between western New York and coastal Georgia. He originally wrote the first segment of Song... in serialized e-mail messages to his young grand daughter in California. Later he decided to complete it as a book and recruited David Bosworth, a retired art teacher, to provide the detailed and well crafted illustrations.
