Son Of Fuu're

Joseph Eugene Evans had hit rock bottom on the eve of his 55th birthday, but he was being granted a second chance. To do so however, would require passing two tests: a grueling time trial and survival at the heart of a class five star for seven days. All who have tried have failed save one, obliterated at the heart of a star. But if he can succeed, he will gain power beyond imagination. All this would begin to play out in a storage room behind the stairs of his old house with an enigmatic being called the Narrator. He operates by rules from which he cannot deviate. The rules are these:
-For everything gained, something must be lost
-For every door opened, one must be closed
-For everything learned, something must be unlearned
And a final warning: No one ever remembers the first time, and neither will you.
But there is more than meets the eye; the Narrator is pulling the strings to pull off a desperate scheme of his own with the fate of the universe in the balance.
