About This Book

As this mammoth four-part book begins, an investigative reporter for a New York City newspaper plans to spend a quiet evening in his peaceful, northern New Jersey home until the most gorgeous, most innocent looking woman he had ever seen appears in his living room.

It doesn't take Faye long to manipulate him into helping her to manipulate the Mafia into killing the pimp who murdered her. Why? Faye had worked as a hooker while doing a thesis for a college degree. Now she's a ghost.

Convinced the irresistible redhead is merely part of one of those sexual dreams, Tony agrees to help her. But he realizes it's not a dream when he wakes up the next morning to find her tantalizing body intertwined with his and has to calm his libido despite Faye's very tempting offer.

In Book II, which describes the parallel lives of two pimps who'd had prostitution rings dumped on them, Faye and Tony do even more damage to the Mafia with a little help from the FBI, two former rangers from Vietnam and a New York City detective.

In Book III, they take on a band of Taliban terrorists and fight a clandestine war against our CIA. By now, however, their little army includes two additional former Vietnam rangers, a ring of call girls, a group of hookers, the Mafia and a madam who is working undercover for the FBI.

Finally in Book IV the ragtag army sets out to stop the Ku Klux Klan from assassinating America's first African-American president.

This comedy romance novel has some hard language, violence and descriptions of sex.
