Skeletons

Following seven German soldiers in Russia, we find they are only ordinary men from various backgrounds that have been caught up in a conflict no one wants. In Russia it is life or death situations every waking and sleeping moment. Just getting their meals proves to be disastrous at times. Once you read into their lives, you will find each man is more like you or your neighbor or a close friend or even someone you know. The German soldier was well-trained and executed his duties above the normal soldier of that time until the United States entered the European conflict. The Russian soldier, on the other hand, was more of a civilian pressed into service with no training. However, they would fight to the death when pushed forward by the Commissars.
