Sixty Four Squares

On a cold autumn day on the outskirts of London, an old man makes a simple decision to catch a bus. It is an unremarkable choice, easily made and easily forgotten. But on that particular day, like a rain drop falling on the surface of a still pond, the impact of the old man’s decision generates ripples of consequence that wash over the city around him.

Aiden, a thirty-something bank teller living in a cluttered basement in London, struggles against the mediocrity of his dull working existence, unaware that the complex workings of fate will soon snag on his life. When it does, that ripple of change delivers a gift of unimaginable happiness.
