Samson & Delilah's Haunted Bed & Breakfast

Romance blossoms against the background of a spooky lodge haunted way back during the First World War when a lunatic murdered two beautiful young prostitutes on its second floor. Rather than girl meets boy, it's a story of girls meet boys, a triple header. Delilah and her sister Cleo, inherit Grandpa and Grandma's run-down Kingsgaard Lodge. Hard times slow business to a trickle. They struggle to keep it open. Cleo's greedy ex-husband fraudulently names himself as the mortgage holder on their huge mortgage, established to repair the place. He threatens them with foreclosure. Sam Osgood's two buddies argue that he should start a Bed and Breakfast operation. The three of them meet the sisters and their housekeeper, Kitty. They help to repair the buildings, and with Sam's contacts up and down the Sacramento Valley, make the place a going concern, with guests who thrill to and are scared to death by the strange lights, cool breezes, cats at the windows, gongs, roosters crowing when no roosters exist, and things that go bump in the night.
