Psychic Grace is based on the true-life story of a psychic flight attendant who communicates and connects people with deceased loved ones and pets. She is also a paranormal investigator who hunts ghosts for sport. She is a hospice volunteer who enjoys visiting dying patients and their families in the hospital.
