About This Book

NEVER LET ME GO is a traditional romance set in 1814 Regency England. A variety of characters are woven into the fabric of the story-four-footed creatures, male and female children, oldsters falling into a romance of their own, a few accidents, a vicious villain given his comeuppance, some silly marriage prospects, and a handsome rake thrown into the mix. The war is winding down and Bonaparte is on Elba. When he unexpectedly learns he's inherited a viscount's title and what goes with it, Horatio decides to sell out of the army and accept a different set of responsibilities. Little does he know what those responsibilities will entail. Anabel Satterley is just the kind of woman that Horatio would lust for. Nearly six feet tall and although not "fat," she is clearly voluptuous. Not beautiful, only pretty, she has lovely hair, clean features (especially her hazel eyes), and a clear complexion. As a child, she was ungainly and shy, hating the
