Murderously Incorrect introduces Alex Rada, a detective who's recently lost his wife and his badge. He now works out of a threadbare apartment in New York's East Village. Katharine Raines-a political science professor at New York University-hires Alex to find her missing graduate assistant. Dr. Raines is also a respected member of the campaign staff of the Democratic nominee for the United States Senate. It soon becomes apparent that there's more here than just a missing person's case. Almost before Alex can draw a breath of crisp New York fall air, he's caught in a maelstrom of murder and betrayal in what becomes a very hot political season.
