Reporter Drake Saxton finally has a story that promises to launch his mediocre career to journalism stardom: the truth behind Titanium construction, the company responsible for the freeway collapse that kills nineteen people, but in order to save his own life, he is forced to bury the story. Years later, Drake has become a successful television celebrity.
