Kingdom of Pawns

Kingdom of Pawns takes Alec Caldwell into Floridas Everglades in search of a former CIA colleague who, on a covert mission to locate a small group of terrorists reportedly hiding there, has gone missing.

Caldwell finds his colleague, close to death, but the suspected terrorists escape. Evidence left in their hurried departure suggests that they may have been developing a Saran gas bomb, classified by the U.N. as a Weapon of Mass Destruction.

Are these terrorists planning to target large numbers of innocent citizens in a nationwide jihad, designed to break the will of the people to resist their imposition of Shariah law in the U.S.? Or, is their goal to strike the initial blow in the U.S. for a worldwide jihad designed to eliminate most of the leaders of the free world and throw their economies into chaos as their radical Islamic movement engulfs everything in its path?

And, who is behind this suspected jihad? Can Caldwell stop this radical cleric from carrying out his evil plan? Or, will the free world, as we know it today, cease to exist?
