      The vast and mysterious Okefenokee Swamp of Southern Georgia covers an area of 700 square miles of mostly unexplored territory. Throughout the years, it has been the source of numerous strange stories and tales. Both Indians and early settlers to this area spoke about confrontations with huge bi-pedal hominids that reside in the Okefenokee. Some people believe they still live there.
