      About This Book

      Ten year old Jake Den goes down stairs one Christmas eve to find some strange white light coming from the kitchen. When he walks into the light he discovers a world of witches, zombies, spirits and even dragons that breath ice. Jake and his new friend, Zyeke will need to escape from an orphanage in order to find their way back home. They do this with the help of a swamp witch named Madam O'de and will have to go to the darkside, while a battle grows between the empress of the lighter side and the emperor of The darkside.
