The development of a new life saving technology has instigated a third world war. Dr. Chao, expert surgeon and Nano Technology specialist is the creator and C.E.O. of C.I.N.T.E.R. (Cell Imitation and Nano Technology Enmesh Research) where the technology was brought to life. Giving exclusive rights to America; foreign countries, fearful and envious, attacked America and it's allies; decimating 3/4 of the U.S. Able to retaliate, the U.S. survived the onslaught, but only 15 inhabitable states remain after the 10 year war. The C.I.N.T.E.R Corporation has now become the new face of the Nation, attempting to rebuild not only the land, but the power and glory that America once held. Sgt. Christopher Gruffe was a 20 year veteran in the Navy Seal Division of America's military. Severely wounded during battle, his broken body was repaired and his abilities enhanced using this technology. Used as a mercenary during America's attempt to rid itself of it's enemies, he decided to break free, but is now on the run from his former "employers" This is his story
