      About This Book

      Calum Rodgers is the vicar of a small church in North Yorkshire and lives with his wife and son, Elizabeth and Jake. The bishop arrives unexpectedly and asks Calum to take up a post in the Shetland Isles. However, on the journey north they encounter a terrible storm. Jake is rescued from the sea by a farmer and his family and this will change Jake's life. The women in the village soon find out that Jake is a special young man and they fight for his affections, and this causes many problems of which Jake is unaware.
