Sela had always been told she would be a farmer's wife, have children, and live in the valley she grew up in. But Sela always had the feeling she was destined for something more. On her first trip away from home, Sela stumbles upon a lost magic item of incredible power now needed again in the world of man. Accompanied by friends, Sela finds herself avoiding armies, outsmarting thieves, evading magic users, and fighting creatures she has never hear of before, all while traveling to a new land to learn how to use her new power against an evil loose again in the world, a task she learns that only her new magic item can contain.
