      Mac Clement's troubles begin when his brother, Bobby, resurfaces after a short prison stint. Bobby and his cronies attempt a two-bit heist but stumble into a major fencing operation and more problems than they expected. Bobby is killed, but not before he hides the loot from the heist and confides in Dawn, a stripper from downtown Baltimore, that his brother,Mac, could find this hiding place. Dawn schemes to enlist Mac's help, but succeeds in making him the target of the search. Mac soon finds himself caught up in his brother's theft and in a life and death struggle with some determined and ruthless criminals.
