About This Book

Greater than the Godfather! Who is the Gran Mafioso, the capo of all capos? The U.S. Strike Force of the Attorney General's Office shadows and stakes out a suspected Gran Mafioso who appears to be an ascetic individual who lives a lonely life. In the dark past of his life a daughter exists. The Deputy Attorney General Mark Ranieri, head of the Force, uses the daughter of whom the father is protective and secretive, as a pawn to have the suspect commit himself for the love of his daughter and expose himself as the Gran Mafioso. The Mafia, ignorant that he has a daughter, is now alarmed at the intention of the Strike Force to leverage her and so to expose his identity as the Gran Mafioso! In the midst of probing investigations Carla, the daughter, falls in love with Detective Dan Russo, believes herself rejected, and becomes involved with a handsome gangster Dino Amante. Carla, the daughter, becomes a patsy of Detective Dan Russo and the debonair Mafioso Dino Amante, all gripped in the father's iron will of political passion which seeks to destroy any police regime and the Mafia, itself, and ends with tragic consequences to all.
