Chuka, son of Stalker, the large Canadian timber wolf that died protecting The Chosen One, distrusted the humans he was with. He would honor the ghost of his father who told him to go with the humans and protect the girl called Tammy. Joe, the leader of the humans caused his hackles to rise every time they came close to each other. If not for the small girl, Tammy, and the promise to his dead father, Chuka would head back for the frozen north.
