      Mutiny and cowardice are two words no service manwants associated with his name...

       Newly designated Naval Aviator, Josh Haman arrives in the Philippines and is thrown the first curveball.  Instead of flying the HH-3A on which trained, he is told he will fly the HH-2C.  Twenty flight hours later, oral, written tests and a check ride later, he joins Detachment 104 led by Lieutenant Stephen Higgins on the U.S.S. Sterett.
       
      After just a few flights with his detachment officer-in-charge, he suspects something is horribly wrong.  When Higgins waves off a rescue and leaves a man inthe water, Josh realized his aircraft commander and detachment officer-in-charge is a coward.  After confronting him, Higgins indirectly admits he will not attempt a rescue under fire.
       
      Afew days later, a reconnaissance plane has engine trouble and Higgins and hehave a confrontation on the helo deck when Higgins orders Josh not to go.  After a shoving match Josh launches in the HH-2C which can be flown by a single pilot during daylight hours and makes the rescue.  On return to the Sterett, Higgins is relieved of his command by the ship's commanding officer and Higgins wants Haman charged with mutiny.
       
      And this is just the beginning of the story!
