The Minstat galaxy has been moved to the multi-universe and after the galaxy has been moved to a rather new universe in the multi-universe. The old universe has collapsed or imploded. The Federation has been going on during these billions of years. At the skirts of this new universe the Federation is meeting new populations. However, it's not always peaceful. The Federation is solving all problems. It is great that ancient populations have been traced in the original Minstat galaxy.
