Jack Kennedy was targeted. A rogue government operative-Thane-was to be the trigger. Instead, he found himself in the crosshairs. A story about what might have been the entire reason for assassinating the President. Most definitely, the plot was not meant to end in Dallas. There had to be more to it, and Thane was on the right trail. Along with him was his backup, Dona. A member of the Sioux tribe, the ones who killed Custer. She has devoted the last few years to helping Thane stay invisible, and stay alive. But this time she knows something that might kill the both of them. At least bury the growing love they have for each other. The battle becomes both personal and patriotic. The confusion over the violent death of the National Leader is mirrored by the conflict over Dona's secret. The story may have started in Dallas, but it will only end in Washington, D.C. at the grave of yet another fallen hero.
