The story is set against the harsh Alaskan backdrop of glaciers and a wild-west sense of Justice. Entangled in the Alaskan corruption, a former client, who owns several strip clubs in Anchorage and Fairbanks, appeals to Trevor and his friend to aid her in discovering the people wanting her dead. In the end, Trevor regrets taking the estate assignment when he is blamed for deaths of people close to him. The impact of his decisions eats at his conscious and leads him to examine his way of life and his perspective of the world he lives in.
