In the 24th century, it became common knowledge that due to a mutated recessive gene associated with the Y chromosome, a small percentage of the population is born with the natural ability to travel through time. These men are known collectively as Double T's. However, such abilities come with a heavy price that every Double T must pay.



Eric is a 26th century man who has just finished his first, and most important, assignment as a Double T. The 21st century seems the ideal vacation spot to ponder his future role within the agency. When his sabbatical is over, he must return to his own time and take up his time traveler duties. Tessa is vacationing on St. Lucia helping her best friend get over her bitter divorce. A holiday romance is the last thing on their minds. Yet when they meet, the chemistry is explosive. Knowing that their time together is limited, these two lovers do their best to guard their hearts. But will they be able to walk away when their island sojourn comes to an end?
