On top of all of this he has to find a way to suffer through his lacking attempt at finding a job and distil his nagging drink problem. Yet a brief romance begins with the waitress who works opposite the Pontiac Hotel where the Lodger resides, with pressing issues piling on top of one another in a continuous fashion, can the lodger survive to see he become successful? Or perhaps escape the dreaded hotel where all of its patrons hide sinister pasts and dark secrets?
