The sixteen year old Deborah watched her mother die. It was a peaceful death; a death that her mother had longed for after a lifetime of living in fear. Deborah left the hospital carrying the same burden that destroyed her mother.Deborah was now the queen of a highly advanced nation located somewhere in the universe.
